Street Art takes place in various communities in and around Basingstoke. The programme is open to all young people aged 11-19, who are interested in developing their artistic skills or working with professional artists, and who want to contribute towards improving the place where they live. The main funder of this programme is The Big Lottery Fund. This year the programme is also funded by Basingstoke and Deane Local Strategic Partnership and Hampshire County Council's Children's Services.
